Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using orday, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

orday is a daily planning application that helps you design your days the night before and track how you actually spend your time. The service is currently in development, and by joining the waitlist, you agree to receive updates about our launch.

Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications from orday about product updates, launch announcements, and related information. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Subscription and Payment

When orday launches, we will offer a subscription service priced at $10/month or $100/year. Payment processing is handled securely through Polar. You will receive a 7-day free trial, after which you will be charged unless you cancel.

• Free trial: 7 days from signup
• Monthly subscription: $10/month, billed monthly
• Annual subscription: $100/year, billed annually
• You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access until the end of your paid period
• After your subscription ends, your account will become read-only (you can view but not edit)
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
• We do not offer refunds - all sales are final

User Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you create in orday. We will never:

• Sell your personal data to third parties
• Use your data to train AI models
• Show you advertisements based on your tasks

You can export or delete your data at any time through your account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others

Service Availability

We strive to keep orday available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions.

Intellectual Property

The orday service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by orday and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.

Limitation of Liability

orday is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, missed tasks, or productivity impacts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of orday after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
